At Kligs Kites, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund policy is designed to ensure you receive the support you need. Whether your item is defective or you're simply not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for defective or faulty products. If your item is damaged, malfunctioning, or not as described, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly. Refunds are not available for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. You can reach us by phone or email, and we will guide you through the process. If you are returning a product from an online order, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for easy return shipping. For in-person returns, simply visit one of our retail locations and bring your receipt with you.
Refund Process for Online Orders
When returning an item purchased online, please ensure it is shipped back to us in its original condition. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund Process for In-Store Orders
If you purchased your item in-store and wish to return it, bring the product and your receipt to one of our retail locations. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds for in-store purchases. Instead, we offer store credit or exchanges for in-store returns. The store credit can be used for any future purchases.
Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
