How to Return Your Order
If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. If you're returning a product from an online order, we’ll typically send you a prepaid call tag to apply to your package for easy return shipping. For in-person returns, you can visit one of our retail locations, where you’ll be able to exchange the product or receive store credit. Be sure to bring your original receipt with you for a smooth return experience.
Return Process for Online Orders
When returning an item by mail, please give us a call or email, and we’ll assist you step by step. We’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item back and any relevant return labels to ensure the return process is as seamless as possible. Once we receive the item, we’ll either offer a refund or an exchange depending on your preference.
Return Process for In-Store Orders
If you made your purchase in person, simply bring the item and your receipt to one of our retail locations. In store returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange, but unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. Store credit can be used for any future purchases, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement if an exchange is necessary.
Tracking Your Return
Once your return is shipped, make sure to retain your tracking number. You can track the status of your return using your tracking number online, ensuring you can easily monitor when it arrives at our facility. This helps avoid any confusion, and we recommend keeping an eye on it until it reaches us.
